Who we are

Fliqwave is a technology services company based at Space31, Pune, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@fliqwave.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us. Our forms ask for your name, your email address and your message. The contact form also asks which services interest you, and our offer forms let you add your company or website if you want to. We do not ask for anything else.

How you found us. When you arrive on the site, we note how you got here: the campaign details in the link you followed (such as source, medium, campaign and keyword), an ad click ID if you came from an ad, the page you landed on and the site that referred you. This is kept in your browser for the current visit and is sent to us only if you submit a form, together with your enquiry. The campaign details, without the click ID, are also recorded in Google Analytics with the enquiry.

When you book a call. Calls are booked through Calendly. The details you enter there are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the call.

When you browse. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, how you arrived, and actions such as starting or submitting a form, clicking an offer or booking a call. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

How pages are used. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can improve the site. Our forms are masked, so Clarity never records what you type into them. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies, and Microsoft may also use the data it collects for its own purposes, including advertising and security. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Which companies visit. We use Apollo.io website visitor tracking, which matches the IP address of a visit to the company it belongs to, so we can see which organisations are interested in our services. We use it to understand interest at company level, not to identify you as an individual. See Apollo's privacy policy.

For security. To stop automated spam, our server uses your IP address to limit repeated form submissions. It is held in memory for up to 15 minutes and not stored. Like most websites, our servers may also log technical request data, such as IP address and browser, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation that we received it, to scope and deliver work you ask us for, to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries and how pages could work better, to see which companies are interested in our services, to measure our advertising when we run it, and to protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Advertising

When we run Google Ads and you arrive from one of our ads, the ad click ID is recorded with your visit and Google Ads may set a cookie that lets it count a resulting enquiry as a conversion.

If you then submit a form, a scrambled copy of your email address (a one-way SHA-256 hash) may be sent to Google so it can match the enquiry to the ad click. Google does not receive your address in readable form. You can manage how Google personalizes ads at My Ad Center.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run parts of the site for us: Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads when we use it, and the email service that delivers form submissions), Microsoft (Clarity), Apollo.io (company identification), Calendly for bookings, and our hosting provider. Each processes it under its own privacy terms, such as Google's privacy policy and Calendly's.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We do not have a fixed deletion schedule for enquiries. We keep them in our email for as long as we need them to reply, to scope and deliver any work, and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason, such as an invoice.

Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 or 14 months, depending on our account setting, and keeps aggregated reports longer. Campaign details stored in your browser are cleared when you close the tab. How long each cookie lasts is listed in our Cookie Policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@fliqwave.com. Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Where your data is processed

We are based in India, and our service providers, including Google, Microsoft, Apollo.io and Calendly, process data in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live.

Client projects

Data we handle for clients during an engagement is governed by our contract with that client, not by this policy. Our Security page describes how we handle it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When we change how the site handles personal information, we update this page and the date at the top.
