Security and data handling
We sell managed IT and infrastructure work, so it is fair to ask how we handle data ourselves. This page states what is true today. Where we have nothing to claim, we say nothing rather than implying a standard we do not hold.
How this website handles your data
Everything in this section is verifiable from the site itself.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, the services you selected, and your message. Submissions are delivered to us by email and are not written to any database on this site. There is no account system and no login.
We do not take payment details on this site
No card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials are collected, processed, or stored anywhere on fliqwave.com. Invoicing happens separately, once an engagement is agreed.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which are not. The tag loads after the page is interactive rather than during startup. We do not sell visitor data.
Campaign attribution
If you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign parameters are held in your browser session storage so an enquiry can be attributed to the right source. It is cleared when you close the tab and is never shared with third parties.
Transport and browser protections
The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security. We also set X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, a Referrer-Policy, and a Permissions-Policy that denies camera, microphone, and geolocation access.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in this website or in something we built, email info@fliqwave.com. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will acknowledge your report within one business day.
We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly, and that you avoid accessing or modifying data belonging to anyone else while investigating. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty, but we will credit you if you would like us to.

Questions we have not answered here
If your procurement process needs something this page does not cover, a signed NDA, a data processing agreement, evidence of insurance, or detail on where data is stored. Ask us directly and we will answer plainly, including where the answer is no.
