Week 2 to 3

We produce a written architecture proposal covering the target state, migration phases, cost estimate, and a list of decisions that require your input before we start.

Phased migration or build

Weeks 3 onward

Work proceeds in agreed stages. Each phase ends with a working, tested state. Nothing gets cut over without a tested rollback path.

Operations handoff

Final phase

Runbooks, alert configurations, cost dashboards, and a walkthrough for your team. We stay available during a stabilization period after cutover.
